Educational Housing Services tapped the firm for a second time on this project. The brief was to create a new lobby, cooking center, dining space, lounge, library, and study facilities over the entire ground floor of a Brooklyn dormitory, designed to be hip and enticing to a young audience. The result is a series of environments and functions that bring students together at all hours.
