A large 15-story residential tower; the design includes all public areas- lobbies, club rooms, fitness, roof decks, etc., as well as the bathrooms, kitchens and finishes for each of the dwelling units.

With the rapidly changing market and demographic in this neighborhood,  the client and design called for the tower to cater to an upscale clientele surrounded by prominent, accommodating, tranquil, and urbane environments.
