Educational Housing Services approached the firm for a third time to design a new elevator lobby, cooking center, dining space, lounge, library, and study facilities for the 15th floor of the New Yorker Hotel. The use of reclaimed woods as well as color and graphic motifs played an important role in the layout and design of the space, creating a hip and fun location for students to eat, work, relax, and sleep.
