The firm was asked to oversee the interior design renovation for this 19-story building, converted from a senior living facility into a 1100-bed student housing center. The client was seeking to break from the mold of mundane housing and student commons design to create a more contemporary and boutique hotel-like environment. The firm’s work included all the dormitories, cooking facilities, lounges, meeting rooms, fitness center, offices, and lobby.
